Winery Review: has delicate pear fruit flavors, with elements approaching apricot and a wonderfully lemony tension. It is long and dry and lingering. All in all, you’d say on first sip, seared scallops (please) or swordfi sh that’s seen seconds under the grill.
My Review: I thought this wine smelled very fruity and sugary, with prominent notes of pineapple and even a little yellow lemon peel. The nose also brought some grassy undertones. On the palate, the wine was notably dry, which overwhelmed the hints of pear and pineapple.
